Формат:
Перед каждым вопросом оратор объявляет о начале следующего вопроса и даёт к нему сопутствующие инструкции, которые имеют письменное сопровождение (Please Listen carefully; Now get ready to answer the question ). При этом у отвечающего есть 15 секунд на подготовку к ответу и 45 секунд на сам ответ. Время Вы не контролируете; программа сама запускает и останавливает таймер с обратным отсчётом. 

 
Далее Вашему вниманию предлагается список аналогичных вопросов данного типа. Это означает, что на тесте Вам могут дать или один из этих вопросов или похожий вопрос. Если Вы сможете ответить на каждый вопрос в этом списке, то на тесте с 1-ым вопросом у Вас не будет трудностей.  Вопросы разбиты по группам, 4 вопроса в каждой, так как они охватывает людей, места и разные сферы жизни.

При ответе на любой из этих вопросов Вы должны помнить, что в Вашем распоряжении 45 секунд. Обычный человек со средней скоростью речи успевает сказать в этот временной промежуток 5 предложений. 

Давай те же рассмотрим примерный ответ на 1 вопрос из 6 предложений:

To my contention my friend, Ann, is the best person to go on a trip abroad.
I can support my opinion by several points.
The first reason for my opinion is that Ann is very communicative, so we will have lots of thing to talk about.
Another reason is that she is reliable and, thus, will help in any difficult situation. It is important to know that you have someone to trust abroad.
Therefore, I would take my friend Ann on a trip abroad. 

Этот пример не идеальный, но достаточно не плохой. Фразы, выделенные курсивом, можно использовать как шаблон для любого вопроса из вышеуказанного списка.
